can issue an order to check the land measurement in the whole or any area within it.

(2) The designated officer can do the work as per sub-section (1).

(3) For any land measurement check It is possible to set up a place without control on the land and use any measuring instrument.

(4) After the issuance of the order according to sub-section (1), the surveyor Goshwara who will check the measurement will start measuring in the area to be checked and the date for that work. In order to provide the necessary equipment, the relevant district's goods office should be notified.
(5) If there is any mistake or error in the work done by the officer who checks the measurement, ascertains its area and registers it in the regional book, the surveying officer shall carry out the necessary investigation before distributing the land owner registration certificate in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 8. Necessary corrections will have to be made and employees who willfully make mistakes or errors will be dealt with departmentally according to the law.
(6) According to sub-section (1) the map which has been prepared after measurement check shall be updated by the designated authority as prescribed.
